Research and Practice of ICT Industry Smart Supply Chain Collaboration System

以制造业与物流业深度融合和供应链协同理论为基础,借鉴国内外研究文献及对标企业最佳实践,利用钻石模式、微笑曲线等机理分析,研究ICT行业智慧供应链协同体系。以通信运营商A公司共建共享融合仓,打造供应链价值生态圈为实践案例,介绍融合仓建设背景、运营模式及实施成效,并推演融合仓未来拓展的价值方向,为ICT行业智慧供应链协同发展提供借鉴。

In this paper,based on the deep integration of manufacturing and logistics industries and the supply chain synergy theory,and drawing on domestic and foreign research literature and the best practice of benchmark enterprises,we used mechanism analysis such as the diamond model and the smile curve to study the ICT industry smart supply chain collaboration system.Next,in the case of a communication operator Company A,we designed its co-built integrated warehouse for sharing and created the supply chain value ecosphere.Next,we introduced the construction background,operation mode and implementation results of the integrated warehouse,and deduced its value direction in the future,providing reference for the collaborative development of the ICT industry smart supply chain.
