Risk Identification of Production Capability Reserve of War Stock Materials

运用WBS-RBS方法构建战备物资生产能力储备风险耦合矩阵,识别出具体风险,有效避免风险的遗漏,并且使风险源较为系统;运用KJ分析法,根据风险之间的亲和度对复杂多样的战备物资生产能力储备具体风险进行归纳整理,简单高效地形成风险指标体系;详述风险指标评分规则,形成战备物资生产能力储备风险评价表,为下一步风险评估和风险控制打下基础。

In this paper,using the WBS-RBS method,we constructed a risk coupling matrix for the production capacity reserve risks of war stocks materials,identified the specific risks to effectively avoid risk omissions and make the sources of the risks more systematic,and then applied the KJ analysis to collecting and summarizing specifically the more complex risks based on the affinity between the risks which led to a more concise and effective risk index system.At the end,we explained the risk index scoring rules in detail and compiled the risk evaluation table for the production capacity reserve of war stock materials,laying the foundation for the risk assessment and control at the next step.
