蒙古族汉族青年微笑美学数据测量的对比研究

A comparative study on the measurement of smile aesthetics data between Mongolian and Han Youths

目的:本文初步研究了内蒙古东部区蒙古族和汉族的青年人群微笑美学相关数据的差异性,为临床工作提供参考。方法:分别选取蒙古族(三代蒙古族后裔)、汉族各50例志愿者作为研究对象,男性与女性比例为1∶1,并相应设置为蒙古族男性组、汉族男性组、蒙古族女性组和汉族女性组,年龄范围为18-28岁。应用Adobe Photoshop CS4软件测量以获得研究所需的全部受试者的微笑美学组数据,并分组进行对比分析。统计分析过程于SPSS 19.0软件中完成。结果:蒙汉不同民族青年上唇曲度均以平直居多,女性青年的上唇曲度有显著差异。蒙汉不同民族青年人群的微笑类型男性组有差异,蒙、汉族皆以中位微笑者居多。蒙汉不同民族青年男性组在唇间隙、微笑指数和牙龈暴露指数方面均有差异。蒙古族和汉族青年男性组唇间隙分别为(1.045±0.625)和(0.800±0.430);蒙古族和汉族青年男性组微笑指数为(8.280±4.720)和(8.945±4.035);蒙古族和汉族青年男性组牙龈暴露指数分别为(0.140±0.060)和(0.115±0.065)。结论:蒙古族和汉族青年人群微笑美学数据具有差异性,且男性组差异较大,在前牙美学修复及正畸治疗中可以相应参考,为蒙古族地区青年人群制定合适的口腔美学解决方案提供帮助。

Objective:This article preliminarily studied the differences in smile aesthetics-related data between Mongolian and Han youths in eastern Inner Mongolia,and provided references for clinical work.Methods:50 volunteers of Mongolian(three generations of Mongolian descent)and 50 volunteers of Han nationality were selected as the research objects,with the range of age from 18 to 28 years old.The male-to-female ratio is 1∶1,which is divided into Mongolian male group,Han male group,Mongolian female group and Han female group in proportion.Measurements were performed in Adobe Photoshop CS4 software to obtain the data needed for the study.The statistical analysis process was completed in SPSS 19.0 software.Results:The majority of Mongolian and Han ethnic groups had median smile,and significant differences were observed in the curvature of the upper lip in female youths of different ethnic groups.There were differences in the interlabial gap,smile index and gum exposure index between the Mongolian and Han ethnic groups of young men.The lip gap of the Mongolian young male group was(1.045±0.625),the Han young male group was(0.800±0.430);the smile index of the Mongolian young male group was(8.280±4.720),the Han young male group was(8.945)±4.035);the gingival exposure index of the Mongolian young male group was(0.140±0.060),the Han young male group was(0.115±0.065).Conclusion:Differences existed in smile aesthetics data between Mongolian and Han youths,especially in the male group.The results of this study can be used as a reference in anterior aesthetic restoration and orthodontic treatment to provide suitable oral aesthetics solutions for youths in Mongolian regions.
