摘要 探索学前教育专业实训课程体系,以培养贴近岗位职业要求的实践性人才为目标,将竞赛内容以项目化的形式融入到实训课程中。从“赛教融通项目化”实训课程体系的构建原则、设计思路、实施路径、保障措施等方面,构建学前教育专业“赛教融通项目化”实训课程体系,使学生具备更强的入职适应能力和就业竞争力。 This paper explores the practical training course system of preschool education major,which aims at practical personnel cultivation based on the professional requirements of the post and integrates the competition content into the training course in the form of project.From the aspects of the construction principle,design idea,implementation path and safeguard measure,the practical training course system of preschool education major is constructed by the form of"project-based integration of competition and education",so as to enable students to have stronger entry adaptability and employment competitiveness.
