摘要 习总书记主持审议通过的《关于深化改革培育世界一流科技期刊的意见》,向全国学术期刊界发出了进军“世界一流学术期刊”的号召,创建“世界一流学术期刊”成为当务之急。优秀编辑尤其是优秀主编作为学术期刊灵魂,其理念攸关学术期刊生死;编辑、主编靠学术平台吃饭还是以主观能动性打造并提升平台、创建优秀学术期刊,关乎我国“世界一流学术期刊”目标能否实现。学术期刊传播学专家尹玉吉的学术成就及其编辑学者化之路为此提供了良好参考:编辑必须具备学术期刊传播学、社会科学学以及相关专业良好学术修养,这种学术期刊编辑“三位一体”的知识结构,是编辑学者化和做好学术期刊编辑的重要前提,更是实现中国“世界一流学术期刊”的重要路径抉择。 "The Opinions on Deepening Reform and Cultivating World-Class Sci-Tech Journals",which was deliberated and approved by General Secretary Xi,issued a call to the national academic journals to march into the"world-class academic journals",and the establishment of"world-class academic journals"has become an urgent task.As the soul of academic journals,excellent editors,especially excellent editors-in-chief,are vital to the life and death of academic journals.Whether editors and editors-in-chief rely on academic platforms or create,enhance and establish excellent academic journals by their subjective initiative is related to whether the goal of"world-class academic journals"can be realized.The academic achievements of Yin Yuji,an expert in academic journal communication,and his way of editing scholar provide a good reference for this:editors must have good academic accomplishment in academic journal communication,social science and related majors.This"Trinity"knowledge structure of academic journal editors is an important prerequisite for editors to become scholars and do well in editing academic journals,and it is also the important route to the realization of China's First-class academic journals in the world.
