近年来,习近平在多种场合提出了要阐释好中国力量的重要命题。这一重要论述涉及阐释好中国力量的意义、内涵以及具体路径。习近平强调阐释好中国力量是新时代建构中国国际形象、改进中国形象宣传方式和回应西方舆论和意识形态攻击的需要;中国力量体现为强大的精神力量、制度力量、文化文明力量、和平与发展的建设性力量、国际担当力量等层面;阐释好中国力量需要从学术的阐释、故事的呈现、媒介的传播和全员的协同等多重路径展开。

In recent years Xi Jinping has put forward the important proposition to interpret Chinese strength on many occasions,involving expounding the significance,connotations and the specific path of the Chinese strength.Xi Jinping stressed that the elucidation of the Chinese strength is of necessity to construct China’s international image in the new era,improve the publicity of China’s image and respond to the western public opinions and ideological attacks.Chinese strength is embodied in the aspects of strong spiritual power,institutional force,cultural and civilization strength,constructive force of peace and development and international responsibilities.Explicating the Chinese strength needs to be conducted from multiple paths such as academic interpretation,story presentation,media dissemination,and all-staff collaboration.
