燃煤电厂锅炉超净排放技术改造探究

Research on Ultra Clean Emission Technology Transformation of Coal Fired Power Plant Boiler

本文结合某燃煤电厂的实践,提出了一种基于环保、节能理念的燃煤电厂锅炉超净排放技术改造方案。在简单介绍改造装置主要技术参数体积以及改造设计主要内容的基础上,从单塔双区技术、循环浆液总量控制、高效多孔性分布器技术、高效除雾技术、防烟气短路技术、入口通道喷雾技术几方面入手,对该方案进行了详细介绍,并说明了方案成效。

Combined with the practice of a coal-fired power plant,this paper puts forward a technical transformation scheme of ultra clean emission of coal-fired power plant boiler based on the concept of environmental protection and energy saving.On the basis of introducing the main contents of the main technical parameters of the revamp device and the technical transformation design of the main equipment,the scheme is introduced in detail from the aspects of single tower and double zone technology,total circulating slurry control,efficient porous distributor technology,efficient fog removal technology,smoke prevention short circuit technology and entrance tunnel spraying technology,and the effectiveness of the scheme is illustrated.
