摘要 某热电厂有浓缩后的循环冷却水400m^3/d,电厂生产用水水源为自来水,为节约水资源及运行费用,现将处理后90%的循环冷却排污水回用于电厂锅炉补水,剩余部分用于灰厂降尘、洒水,全部回用不外排。新建一座循环冷却水处理站,既有效解决400m^3/d的循环冷却水“零排放”,又可以将处理后的水回用于电厂锅炉化水补水,实现了环境效益和经济效益的双赢。 A thermal power plant has a concentrated circulating cooling water of 400m3/d,the production water source of the power plant is tap water.In order to save water resources and operating costs,90%of the treated circulating cooling and discharging sewage can be returned to the power plant boiler for water replenishment,and the rest is used for dust removal and water spraying in the ash plant.A new circulating cooling water treatment station can not only effectively solve the"zero discharge"of 400m3/d circulating cooling water,but also return the treated water to the boiler water in the power plant to replenish water,realizing a win-win situation of environmental benefits and economic benefits.
