摘要
本文对在节能领域应用逐渐广泛的蒸汽喷射器技术进行了研究,从喷射器的工作原理、应用现状进行了综合论述,分析了喷射器的性能指标,也从热力学角度阐明了蒸汽喷射器的工作过程,对衡量蒸汽喷射器节能性能的喷射系数作了分析,然后给出蒸汽喷射器代替减温减压站的节能改造实例。在应用案例中,对节能效果进行了详细介绍和对比分析。
In this paper,the steam ejector technology,which is widely used in the field of energy saving,is studied.The working principle and application status of the steam ejector are comprehensively discussed.The performance index of the steam ejector is analyzed.The working process of the steam ejector is also explained from the thermodynamic point of view.The injection coefficient for measuring the energy saving performance of the steam ejector is analyzed,and then the steam ejector is given An example of energy saving reconstruction to replace the temperature and pressure reducing station is given.In the application case,the energy-saving effect is introduced and compared in detail.
