摘要
针对MPS型中速磨煤机内部气固两相流场进行研究分析,确定气固两相流场在运行中存在的问题及可能的优化方向,制定了相应的磨煤机性能优化方案,并在某电厂中速磨煤机进行应用。通过投退对比试验,实现了提升磨煤机出力5.49%,降低磨煤单耗1.11kWh/t,降低通风阻力250Pa。
Studies and analyzes the gas-solid two-phase flow field in MPS type medium speed pulverizer,determines the problems existing in the operation of the gas-solid two-phase flow field and possible optimization direction,and formulates the corresponding optimization scheme for the performance of the coal mill,and applies it to the medium speed pulverizer of a power plant.Through the commissioning and shutdown comparative test,the output of the coal mill is increased by 5.49%,and the unit consumption of coal is reduced by 1.11 kwh/T coal,Reduce ventilation resistance by 250pa.
