摘要
使用臭氧+催化剂+紫外线联合氧化技术处理煤化工工业产生的高盐废水,需要了解催化氧化机理,对催化剂性能以及臭氧氧化催化的影响因素进行研究。经过实验发现,联合氧化技术对高盐废水中的有害物质分解速度高于单独使用臭氧分解技术的方式,能够在煤化工排废处理中发挥优势。本文以宁东矿区矿井水及煤化工废水处理利用项目为例,研究联合催化氧化技术的实践应用。
It is necessary to understand the mechanism of catalytic oxidation,to study the performance of catalyst and the influencing factors of ozonation in the treatment of high salt wastewater from coal chemical industry by using ozone+catalyst+ultraviolet combined oxidation technology.Through the experiment,it is found that the decomposition rate of harmful substances in high salt wastewater by combined oxidation technology is higher than that by using ozone decomposition technology alone,so it can play an important role in coal chemical waste treatment.Taking Ningdong mining area mine water and coal chemical wastewater treatment and utilization project as an example,the practical application of combined catalytic oxidation technology was studied.
