摘要
皮肤外用脂质体具有靶向性、长效缓释性、降低药物毒副作用及美容作用的特点,是经皮给药的一种剂型。然而,外用脂质体种类很多,为便于根据应用的需要选择合适的皮肤外用脂质体,本文从皮肤外用脂质体的分类、作用机制、在医药及化妆品领域中的应用等几方面进行总结,为后续皮肤外用脂质体研究和开发提供参考。
Liposomes for external use on skin has the advantages of targeting,long-term-acting and slow-releasing properties as well as the toxicity and side effect-reducing effects for the drugs and cosmetics.However,there are many kinds of liposomes for ex⁃ternal use on skin.For better selecting appropriate liposomes for use on skin according to application requirements,this review summa⁃rizes the classification,mechanism of action,and application in the field of medicines and cosmetics,to provide reference for the sub⁃sequent research and development of liposomes for skin application.
