蒲公英的抗癌抗炎机制研究进展

Antitumor and anti-inflammatory mechanisms of taraxacum:research advances

蒲公英作为一种传统的中草药,常与其他药物配伍使用。近期研究表明,蒲公英在广谱抗菌、抗癌、抗炎、抗氧化、肝保护、利尿、提高免疫力等方面均发挥重要作用,且因副作用低,而被广泛应用于营养保健品和天然药物的开发及应用。其主要通过干预PI3K/Akt信号通路、NF-κB信号通路、程序性诱导凋亡通路,以及靶向下调lncRNA,改善细胞微环境,减少炎症因子分泌,促脂肪酸降解和改善肠道菌群等,遏制炎症和癌症过程。本文简要概述蒲公英的生物学特性,药理作用,抗癌、抗炎作用机制和临床用药的研究进展,为蒲公英的深入研究及开发提供理论依据和借鉴。

As a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,taraxacum is regularly used in combination with other drugs for medical treatment.Recent studies have shown that taraxacum exerts various important effects,such as the broad-spectrum antibacterial,anticancer,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,liver protecting,diuretic,and immunity enhancing effects.Due to the low side effects,tarax⁃acum is widely used in various kinds of dietary supplements and natural medicines.Taraxacum has been known to effectively block the inflammation and cancer development process by intervening PI3K/Akt,NF-κB and apoptosis signaling pathways,coupled with the down-regulation of lncRNA,improvement of cell microenvironment,reduction of inflammatory factor secretion,promotion of fatty acid degradation and the improvement of intestinal flora,etc.This article briefly summarizes the biological characteristics,pharmacological effects,clinical applications,anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory mechanisms of taraxacum,so as to provide theoretical basis and refer⁃ence for the in-depth study of taraxacum and the development of new crude drugs.
