顶空固相微萃取气相色谱和化学计量法用于薰衣草花的辨别分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用顶空固相微萃取气相色谱/火焰离子化检测(HS-SPME-GC/FID)和HS-SPME-GC/MS法,分析鉴定薰衣草花挥发性成分,并研究不同来源品系薰衣草样本的品种鉴别。方法通过样品的色谱峰相对保留时间找出所有样品共有的特征组分,利用HS-SPME-GC/MS对共有组分相应各化学成分进行分析鉴定。以共有化合物的GC/FID峰面积相对百分含量作为原始数据,采用主成分分析法(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘法(PLS-DA)和支持向量机(SVM),对薰衣草挥发性成分进行分析研究,以资鉴别不同来源品系薰衣草样本的品种区分。结果通过HS-SPME-GC/FID和HS-SPME-GC/MS分析,从59个薰衣草样本中分析鉴定了17个共有化学成分。PLS-DA与SVM模型一致,所得结果相互得到很好验证。结论本研究采用顶空固相微萃取气相色谱和化学计量法对不同来源品系薰衣草样本进行品种鉴别,可为新疆薰衣草挥发性成分的鉴别和薰衣草质量控制提供参考。 Objetive To determine the volatile components of lavender flowers by the head space solid phase micro-extrac⁃tion gas chromatography/flame ionization detection(HS-SPME-GC/FID)and HS-SPME-GC/MS methods,and investigate the classifica⁃tion of lavenders with different origin.Methods The common characteristic components in all samples were determined according to the relative retention time of their chromatographic peaks.The common components were identified by HS-SPME-GC/MS.The relative percentage of GC/FID peak area of common compounds was selected as the raw data,and the principal component analysis(PCA),partial least squares-discriminate analysis(PLS-DA)and support vector machine(SVM)were used for the analysis of the volatile com⁃ponents to classify the lavender samples with their different origin.Results A total of 17 common chemical constituents were identi⁃fied in 59 lavender samples by the HS-SPME-GC/FID and HS-SPME-GC/MD analysis.The PLS-DA model was consistent with the SVM model,and the research results from the two models were mutually validated.Conclusion In this study,HS-SPME-GC and chemometrics analysis were used for identification of varietal lavender samples from different sources,which could provide reference for the identification of volatile components and lavender quality control of lavenders in Xinjiang.
