新冠肺炎疫情的全球蔓延,给人类的生存与发展带来严重冲击和挑战。面对病毒威胁,中国发出打造人类卫生健康共同体的倡议,其蕴含深刻的价值逻辑:强调生命至上的人本关怀,坚持平等尊重的交往理念,倡导守望相助的合作精神。人类卫生健康共同体的提出进一步丰富和发展了人类命运共同体的理论内涵,具有重大的现实意义:有助于夯实抗击疫情的国际共识,汇聚世界抗击疫情的最大合力,推动全球治理的革新完善。
The global epidemic of COVID-19 has seriously impacted and challenged the survival and development of mankind.Faced with the threat of the virus,China has launched the initiative of building a Community of Common Health for Mankind.The Community of Common Health for Mankind embodies a profound logic of values,emphasizes human-centered care for life,adheres to the communication concept of equality and respect,and advocates a cooperative spirit of mutual assistance.The proposal of the Community of Common Health for Mankind further enriches the theoretical connotation of the Community with a Shared Future for Mankind,helps consolidate the international consensus on the fight against the epidemic,brings together the world's greatest force in fighting the epidemic,and promotes the innovation and improvement of global governance,which has important practical signifi⁃cance.
