SBS-胶粉复合改性新疆沥青性能的影响因素 被引量:3

摘要 为分析制备工艺及助剂对SBS-胶粉复合改性新疆沥青性能的影响,以克拉玛依90号(KLMY90)与塔河60号(TH60)为基质沥青,制备了SBS-胶粉复合改性沥青。探讨了不同改性剂添加工艺对复合改性沥青性能的影响规律,明确了复合改性沥青掺入助剂前后的性能差异。结果表明:以KLMY90为基质沥青时,同时加入胶粉、SBS比先胶粉后SBS得到的复合改性沥青性能更优,而基质沥青为TH60时,先胶粉后SBS更利于改性剂分散;助剂中,富芳烃油可以改善KLMY90复合改性沥青的延度,但会牺牲部分高温性能;稳定剂可大幅改善TH60复合改性沥青的延度,从61 mm提升至158 mm。 In order to analyze the influence of preparation technology and additives on the performance of SBS-crumb rubber composite modified Xinjiang asphalt,the SBS-crumb rubber composite modified asphalt was prepared with Karamay No.90(KLMY90)and Tahe No.60(TH60)as the base asphalt.The basic performance indicators of asphalt were equipped to discuss the influence of different modifiers adding process on the performance of composite modified asphalt,and the performance difference of composite modified asphalt before and after additives were clarified.The results show that when KLMY90 is used as the base asphalt,the performance of the modified asphalt is better than that of adding crumb rubber first.When the base asphalt is TH60,the process of adding crumb rubber first and then SBS is more conducive to the dispersing of the modifiers than another process.Among the additives,the oil rich in aromatics can improve the ductility of KLMY90 composite modified asphalt,but some high-temperature properties are sacrificed.The extensibility of TH60 composite modified asphalt can be greatly improved by additives from 61 mm to 158 mm.
