摘要
考虑高寒地区特殊环境条件的影响,采用3种纤维制备纤维沥青混合料,并对其高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性和疲劳性能进行研究。结果表明:纤维的掺入对高温性能、低温性能有明显的改善作用,其中玻璃纤维使动稳定度最多提高11%,玄武岩纤维使低温弯拉破坏强度和破坏应变分别最多提高51.8%和19.7%;玄武岩纤维对水稳定性有一定程度上的削弱,但是仍然满足规范要求;聚酯纤维和玻璃纤维分别使残留动稳定度提高13.9%和4.5%;玄武岩纤维对疲劳性能的改善效果最好。总体而言,推荐使用掺量为0.3%的玄武岩纤维沥青混合料。
Considering the impact of special environmental conditions in high and cold areas,three kinds of fibers were used to prepare fiber asphalt mixtures,and their high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,moisture susceptibility and fatigue performance were studied.The results show that the incorporation of fibers can significantly improve the high-temperature performance and low-temperature performance.Among them,glass fiber can increase the dynamic stability by up to 11%,and basalt fiber can increase the low-temperature bending tensile strength and failure strain by up to 51.8%and 19.7%,respectively.Basalt fiber is not conducive to the moisture susceptibility of the mixture,but still meets the requirements of the code.Polyester fiber and glass fiber respectively increase the residual dynamic stability by 13.9%and 4.5%;basalt fiber has the best effect on fatigue performance improvement.In general,it is recommended to use basalt fiber asphalt mixture with a content of 0.3%.
