摘要
文章采用虚拟样机技术在Adams/Car模块下创建商用车整车模型,依据国标GB/T6323.2-94对建立的模型进行方向盘角阶跃输入、转向回正及蛇行三项仿真试验,得到有关仿真数据结果表明,该结果对汽车操纵稳定性的评价具有一定的指导意义,为转向系统的设计提供思路和借鉴。
In this paper,the virtual prototype technology is used to create a complete commercial vehicle model under Adams/Car module.According to GB/T6323.2-94,three simulation tests are carried out on the established virtual prototype model,namely steering wheel angle step input,steering back forward and snaking,and relevant simulation data results are obtained to analyze the operation and stability of the commercial vehicle.This method greatly shortens the product development cycle and reduces the cost of research and development.Therefore,it provides an idea and reference for the design of steering system.
