某工业型燃气轮机油气分离箱压力异常升高故障分析

摘要 从燃气轮机的滑油回油系统原理出发,针对出现的油气分离箱压力异常升高故障现象进行分析,通过油气分离箱压力升高可能出现的原因,对压降调节器及滑油腔石墨密封环进行检查,最终发现压降调节器销钉断裂是油气分离箱压力陡增的原因,同时石墨密封环也存在一定的磨损,对油气分离箱压力也有一定的影响。 Based on the principle of lubricating oil return system of gas turbine,the fault phenomenon of abnormal pressure rise in oil-gas separation tank is analyzed.Through the possible causes of pressure rise in oil-gas separation tank,the pressure drop regulator and graphite seal ring in oil chamber are inspected.Finally,it is found that the pin fracture of pressure drop regulator is the reason for the pressure increase in oil-gas separation tank,and the graphite seal ring also has certain wear and tear,which also has certain influence on the pressure of oil-gas separation tank.
