摘要
LM2500+燃气发生器可变静叶(VSV)调节系统由较多部件组成,包括VSV伺服阀、执行器、增压泵、扭矩轴、静叶执行环、转动臂、连接杆等。经过多年的运行,发现上述部件规律性的故障,根据零部件的图纸资料、现场检修经验,实现了关键零部件的维护,对站场开展燃气发生器VSV系统健康体检、维护检修具有一定的借鉴意义。
Variable stator vane regulate system of LM2500+gas generator is composed of parts,include VSV servovalve,actuator,hydraulic pump,torque shaft,actuation ring,rotation ring,connector link and so on.by more years operating,discover regularity faults above parts.according to drawing document of component and overhaul experiments,achieved key components and parts maintenance,it is a certain significance that technician develop VSV system healthy inspection for gas generator.
