通过对某厂9E型4#燃气轮机GT4、6#燃气轮机GT6的停机过程数据分析,探讨两台燃气轮机频繁异常解列并伴有超速现象,以及从解列到熄火过程时间缩短的问题。鉴于上述问题可能给机组运行带来的不利影响和对热部件设备存在的潜在安全风险,提出有效应对措施和改进设想建议,保证燃气轮机的健康运行。

Based on the analysis of shutdown data of 9E gas turbines GT4 and GT6 in a power plant,the problems of frequent abnormal disconnection of two gas turbines accompanied by overspeed and the shortening of the time from disconnection to flameout are discussed.In view of the possible adverse effects?of the above problems on the unit operation and the potential risks to the thermal barrier,the effective countermeasures and improvement suggestions are put forward to ensure the healthy operation of the gas turbine.
