摘要 目的基于CT图像进行三维建模与3D打印腰椎管狭窄症的患者腰椎L4/5节段实体模型,供腰椎受力情况参考。方法基于CT扫描数据,运用医学图像处理软件Mimics和逆向工程软件Geomagic studio建立两组罹患腰椎管狭窄症的腰椎L4/5节段三维实体模型,并结合3D打印技术,将病变的三维实体模型打印出来。结果建立了两组L4/5节段罹患腰椎管狭窄症的腰椎模型,以及其椎间盘部分。为研究腰椎管狭窄症提供了准确的模型参考。结论建立与打印的腰椎L4/5节段模型,为临床治疗以及生物力学分析提供了参考。 Objective Three-dimensional modeling and 3D printing of the l4/5 segment solid model were conductedbased on the CT imagesof patients with lumbar spinal stenosisand the models were used for reference of the stress situation of the lumbar spine.Methods Based on CT scan data,the 3D solid models of l4/5 segments of the lumbar spine with lumbar spinal stenosis in two groups were reconstructed by using Mimics andGeomagic Studio.In addition,the 3D solid models of the lesions were printed with 3D printing technology.Results Two models of lumbar spinal stenosis with l4/5 segments and their intervertebral discs were established.It provides an accurate model reference for the study of lumbar spinal stenosis.Conclusion The l4/5 segment models of the lumbar spine were reconstructedand printed,and it provides a reference for clinical treatment and biomechanical analysis.
