摘要
取石网篮是结石清除微创手术中的结石提取装置。为了在提高结石清除率的同时安全有效地进行手术,取石网篮的选取和使用是至关重要的。理想的取石网篮应是直径细,且抓力大,捕获、握持、释放结石操作简单方便。该文综述了国内外取石网篮的结构、材料和性能,比较了不同材料和结构的取石网篮的差异,回顾了取石网篮在结石微创治疗术中的研究进展,最后结合网篮的成型方法进行结构优化设计,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Stone fetching basket is a device for taking out stones in minimally invasive treatment surgery of removing stones.Therefore,the selection and use of the stone fetching basket is of great concern to improve the stone removal rate while performing the operation safely and effectively.Ideal stone fetching basket should have a small diameter,strong fetching force,and easy to perform the actions of catching,holding and releasing.This article summarized the structure,materials,and performance of stone baskets at home and abroad,compared the differences of stone baskets with different materials and structures,and reviewed the research progress of the stone basket in minimally invasive treatment surgery.Finally,we proposed some research directions for future according to the challenges in stone baskets molding and structural optimization.
