摘要 目的多普勒超声在诊断老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者下肢血管病变及肢血流动力学的价值分析。方法随机将48例老年T2DM患者分为观察组,48例健康老人分为对照组,均接受彩超检查,观察两组肢动脉粥样硬化斑块形成率、双下肢血流动力学及足背动脉狭窄发生情况。结果观察组下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块形成率高;股动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉的血流峰值流速较对照组低;股动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉的搏动指数较对照组高;观察组足背动脉狭窄程度较对照组严重。结论彩超检查应用于老年T2DM患者下肢血管病变中可提高下肢动脉粥样斑块检出率,准确反映下肢血流动力学情况及检测足背动脉狭窄严重程度。 Objective Analyzing the value of Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease and limb hemodynamics in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 48 elderly T2DM patients were randomly allocated in the observation group.At the same time,48 healthy elderly patients were selected as the control group.The rate of atherosclerotic plaque formation,hemodynamics of both lower limbs,and dorsal foot artery stenosis of all patients were evaluated.Results The rate of atherosclerotic plaque formation in the lower limbs of the observation group was higher than that in the in the control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).The peak flow velocities of femoral artery,popliteal artery and dorsal foot artery were lower than that of control group.The pulsation indexes of femoral artery,popliteal artery and dorsal foot artery were higher than that of Control Group.The observation group had more severe dorsal arterial stenosis than the control group.Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound in lower extremity vascular disease in elderly T2DM patients can improve the detection rate of lower extremity atherosclerotic plaques,accurately reflect the lower extremity hemodynamics,and detect the severity of dorsal foot artery stenosis.
