大型活动火灾风险评估方法研究及应用--以北京某大型活动为例

Research and Application of Fire Risk Assessment on Large-scale Activities:Taking a Large Event in Beijing as an Example

以北京某大型活动为例进行火灾风险评估,对停车区、建筑展馆等7个区域进行风险辨识,根据辨识结果,采用德尔菲法以火灾危险源、建筑防火、人员状况及消防力量构建火灾风险评估指标体系,运用层次分析法确定火灾风险评估指标权重,最后采用专家打分法得出北京某大型活动的火灾风险等级及风险值较高的指标。结果表明,提出的相应对策措施为安全管理部门提供监管方向,为保障大型活动的安全稳定运行提供一种切实可行的技术参考。

Taking a large-scale event in Beijing as an example,the fire risk assessment is carried out in seven areas,including parking areas and building exhibition halls.According to the identification results,the Delphi method is used to build the fire risk assessment index system based on the fire risk sources,building fire protection,personnel conditions and fire fighting forces,and the AHP method is used to determine the weight of the fire risk assessment index.Finally,the expert scoring method is used to obtain the fire risk grade and risk value index of a large-scale activity in Beijing.In terms of the above conclusion,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide a supervision direction for the safety management department and a practical technical reference for the safe and stable operation of large-scale activities.
