摘要
为解决概念设计中可重构航天器结构动特性快速评估问题,考虑接触、摩擦等因素影响,提出一种动特性快速预示方法。该方法针对典型可重构航天器特点,处理流程包括动特性分析与辨识、基于虚拟材料的模型等效及等效参数估计,实现了精细化模型的等效替代。仿真校验中,利用本文方法对构型设计方案进行了预示,在所得结果能较为准确反映结构动特性的前提下,有效提高了分析效率。该方法能够保障可重构航天器概念设计工作,并为构型方案的设计迭代与优化提供实现基础。
To solve the problems of the reconfigurable spacecraft structural dynamic characteristics rapid evaluation considering contact and friction in conceptual design,a rapid predicting method is proposed.Based on the features of a typical reconfigurable spacecraft,the method uses the analysis and identification of dynamic characteristics,model equivalence based on virtual material,and estimation of equivalence data to form the processing flow,and realizes the equivalence of refined model.In the simulation verification,the proposed method is used to predict the structural dynamic characteristics of a conceptual design scheme,and under the premise of accuracy,the efficiency of analysis is improved.The results indicate that the proposed method can support the conceptual design and provide foundation for the iteration and optimization design of reconfigurable spacecraft.
