新时代高校党团共建“2+X”模式的研究与实践——以韶关学院动物科学系教师党支部为例

Research and Practice of“2+X”Mode of the Party and the League in Colleges and Universities in the New Era——A Case Study of the Teachers’Party Branch of Animal Science Department of Shaoguan University

韶关学院动物科学系教师党支部与学生团支部以党建与团建为双驱动,在促进教师党支部建设的同时不断增强共青团员的党团意识,树牢党团精神,以知行合一、身体力行的先锋模范作用干事创业、不断成长,进而达成党团共建双融双促双赢的目标。

From the perspective of practice,the teachers’Party branch and the students’League branch of the Animal Science Department of Shaoguan University actively explores the“2+X”mode of the Party and League coconstruction.Driven mainly by Party and League building,this mode promotes the construction of teachers’Party branch and constantly enhances the party and League consciousness of the Communist Youth League members,builds up the spirit of the Party and the League,and takes the vanguard and exemplary role of unity of knowledge and practice to do pioneering work and continuous growth,so as to achieve the high-level goal of double integration and double promotion of Party and League co-construction.
