摘要
良好的班级规范秩序有利于培养学生的合约精神与规则意识,生成论思维方式为班级规范秩序的生成提供了哲学意涵上的理性导引。班级规范秩序的生成窘况主要表现在:学校管理方式低效,没有落实班级规范;教师实践经验缺乏,忽略班规育人目的;学生规则意识淡薄,参与度不高,生源特点导致难以管理。班级规范秩序的路径优化:学校管理上明确要求设立班级规范的具体任务;教师注重实践经验积累,充分利用生成性资源;与学生平等对话,培养规则意识。
A good class standard order is conducive to cultivating students’spirit of contract and awareness of rules and the generative thinking mode provides rational guidance of philosophical implication for the generation of class normative order.The embarrassment of the class standard and order generation is mainly reflected in the following aspects:school management mode is inefficient,and class standard is not implemented fully;teachers lack practical experience and neglect the purpose of class discipline;students have weak awareness of rules,low degree of participation,and the characteristics of students make it difficult to manage.The optimization path of class norms and orders can be carried out from the following dimensions:school management should be put into practice,and specific tasks of class norms should be clearly required;teachers should pay attention to practical experience accumulation and make full use of generative resources;students should be talked to on an equal footing,developed a sense of rules,and helped to understand class norms.
