高职学生专业承诺对职业素养的影响研究——基于粤港澳大湾区的实证调查

Research on the Influence of Professional Commitment of Higher Vocational Students on Professional Quality——Based on the Empirical Investigation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

为探究高职学生专业承诺和职业素养二者的关系,对粤港澳大湾区内高职院校225名学生进行问卷调查。研究发现:高职学生专业承诺和职业素养呈显著正相关,专业承诺中的情感承诺能够显著正向预测职业素养。因此,高职教育要调整人才培养的目标,重视学生专业承诺、职业素养的培养,为粤港澳大湾区建设提供优秀的创新型和技术技能型人才。

In order to better explore the relationship between professional commitment and professional quality of vocational students,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 225 students in vocational colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The study found that there is a significant positive correlation between professional commitment and professional quality of vocational students,and the emotional commitment in professional commitment can significantly positively predict professional quality.Therefore,higher vocational education should adjust the positioning of talent training,attach importance to the cultivation of students’professional commitment and professionalism,and provide outstanding innovative and technical talents for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
