化瘀散结散外敷联合耳穴压豆缓解腔镜甲状腺术后疼痛的效果观察

Effect of external application of Huayu Sanjiesan combined with auricular point pressing bean to relieve the pain after endoscopy thyroidectomy

目的探讨化瘀散结散外敷联合耳穴压豆对缓解腔镜甲状腺术后患者胸前区疼痛的效果。方法将80例腔镜甲状腺术后患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规围手术期护理,观察组在常规围手术期护理基础上于术后6 h采用化瘀散结散外敷联合耳穴压豆方法,观察比较两组患者术后胸前区疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间。结果观察组术后12、24、48、72 h的疼痛程度显著轻于对照组,平均疼痛持续时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论化瘀散结散外敷联合耳穴压豆可减轻腔镜甲状腺术后患者胸前区疼痛,缩短疼痛持续时间,提高了患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huayu Sanjiesan external application combined with auricular point pressing bean on relief the pre-thoracic pain in patients after endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods 80 cases of patients after endoscopic thyroidectomy were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,40 cases each.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group,on the basis of routine perioperative nursing,applied Huayu Sanjiesan combined with externally auricular point pressing 6 h after surgery,observed and compared the postoperative pain degree and pain duration in the pre-thoracic area of the two groups.Results The pain level of observation group after 12,24,48,72 h was significantly lighter than the control group,the average duration of pain is lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Huayu Sanjiesan combined with auricular point pressing can reduce the pre-thoracic pain and shorten the duration of pain after endoscopic thyroidectomy.
