低温余热朗肯循环发电系统的设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过研究工业生产过程中的低温废热排放问题,设计出回收余热并将其转化为电能的朗肯循环低温余热发电系统。根据低温余热发电系统各阶段热能的计算,求解出该发电系统的比焓值和热能转化率大小,以及该系统的热能效率为13.5%。基于低温余热发电系统的计算,搭建出它的实验系统,选择合适的实验参数测量出汽轮机转动速度、效率与蒸发压力之间的关系曲线,以及系统输出功率、热能效率与蒸发压力之间的关系曲线,根据曲线图可知该系统的热效率值高达5.69%。 Through analyzing the problems of the low temperature waste heat emission in industrial production,a low temperature waste heat Rankine cycle system was designed to recover the waste heat and convert it into electric energy.By calculating the heat energy at each stage of the system,the specific enthalpy value,heat energy conversion rate and thermal efficiency were calculated as 13.5%.Based on the calculation of the system,the experimental system was built and appropriate experiment parameters were selected to obtain relationship among the rotational velocity,efficiency and evaporating pressure of steam turbine,as well as the relationship among the output power,thermal energy efficiency and evaporating pressure of the system.According to the relationship curve,the thermal efficiency is as high as 5.69%.
