摘要
根据酸值测定的原理,系统考虑影响酸值测定过程及其标准溶液配制过程的不确定度来源,建立基础的数学模型,逐步计算影响整个测定过程的不确定度分量、标准不确定度及相对标准不确定度。此方法适用于GB 264-1983《石油产品酸值测定法》测定各类石油产品酸值不确定度的评定,分析出影响酸值不确定度的分量,帮助实验室有效降低测量过程中的不确定度,从而保证检测数据的可靠性。
According to the acid value determination principle,we envisioned the source of uncertainty of the analysis process,built mathematical models,and calculated the uncertainty component,standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of its determination process.This method can be used to evaluate the uncertainty of acid value of various petroleum products using GB 264-1983“Determination of Acid Value of Petroleum Products”.the components that affect the uncertainty of acid value are analyzed to help the laboratory effectively reduce the uncertainty in the measurement process and ensure the reliability of the test data.
