摘要
利用双面印刷单元电场反相抵消的特性和短路销钉加载的方式,抑制馈电巴伦带来的耦合效应,设计了一种宽带、低交叉极化特性的Vivaldi相控阵单元,单元的交叉极化电平在很宽的角度上降低到了-50 dB的量级,组阵对有源方向图和2个主平面扫描后方向图的交叉极化电平进行了优化分析,扫描过程中,交叉极化并未有明显的抬高恶化现象,扫描至45°波位,最大电平依然小于-45 dB,满足相控阵单元对交叉极化的要求。
This paper uses the reverse phase offset characteristics of the double-sided printing unit electric field and the way of short circuit pin load to inhibite the coupling effect brought by feeding barron,designs a Vivaldi phased array unit of broadband and low cross polarization,and the cross polarization level decreases to-50 dB magnitude in wider angle.The active pattern and the cross polarization level of scanned pattern for two main planes are optimized and analyzed through group array.In the scanning process,the cross polarization does not significantly raise the worsening phenomenon,when scanning to 45°wavelet,the maximum level is still less than-45 dB,which meets the requirement of phased array unit to cross polarization.
