西北地区水库移民安置工作发展与创新

Development and Innovation of Reservoir Resettlement Work in Northwest China

西北地区水利水电移民位于自然条件差、社会经济薄弱的地区,移民后期产业单一,局限性大,对此应当因地制宜,针对西北地区移民所处环境和特点进行移民安置规划。文章从西北地区水利水电移民安置现状出发,以积石峡、羊曲水电站水库移民安置工作为例,分析了西北地区移民安置的特点,总结了西北地区水库移民安置工作的发展和创新。

The resettlement works of water conservancy and hydropower projects in the northwest China are implemented in areas with poor physical conditions and weak socio-economic conditions.In the later stage of the resettlement,the living industry of the migrants is not diversified and there are a lot of limitations to the migrants.Therefore,the resettlement work should be adapted to local conditions and resettlement planning should be made according to the environment and characteristics of the migrants in the northwest China.Starting from the status quo of water conservancy and hydropower resettlement in the northwest China,the article takes the resettlement work of Jishixia and Yangqu hydropower stations as examples,analyzes the characteristics of resettlement in the northwest China,and summarizes the development and innovation of the reservoir resettlement work in the northwest China.
