摘要
以富平县石川河流域山水林田湖治理项目为依托,结合山水林田湖关系分析、生态系统服务功能及水生态空间理论,研究出了适用于黄土高原地区的一套系统性的山水林田湖治理思路;根据生态空间分异理论,结合河流功能差异化现实需求,提出了一套"核心目标+协同目标""干支流及上下游尺度下两区两期"的多目标分区分期治理模式;结合区域水生态系统特点,构建了一套"八大要素、十大技术"的山水林田湖治理集成技术体系。进一步丰富了山水林田湖治理理论体系,为不同区域生态环境改善提供了理论支撑。
Relying on the Shichuan River Basin Management Project of mountains,forests,lands and lakes in Fuping County,combined with the analysis of the relationship between the mountains,forests,lands and lakes,the ecosystem service function and the theory of aquatic ecological space,a set of systemic concepts for management of mountains,forests,lands and lakes suitable for the Loess Plateau is developed.According to the theory of ecological spatial differentiation,combined with the actual needs of river function differentiation,a set of multi-objective zoning and phasing governance models of"core goals+coordinated goals"and"main and tributary rivers and two areas at the upstream and downstream"are proposed;Combining the characteristics of the regional water ecosystem,a set of integrated technology system of"eight elements,ten technologies"for the management of mountains,forests,lands and lakes has been established.It further enriches the theoretical system of the management of mountains,forests,lands and lakes,and provides theoretical basis for the improvement of the ecological environment in different regions.
