摘要
简要介绍了《水电站机电设计手册》、《水轮机设计手册》以及美国相关标准规定的大型贯流式水轮机吸出高度、安装高程计算方法和使用建议。通过分析大型贯流式水轮机空化特性,给出选择大型贯流式水轮机空化基准面的建议。结合贯流式水轮机运行特点,通过对比设计手册、相关标准以及典型水电站空化安全系数K的取值,提出空化安全系数K取值建议;最后提出了下游设计尾水位取值建议以及安装高程确应考虑的其他因素。
The article briefly introduces the calculation methods and usage suggestions of the suction height,installation height of largescale tubular turbines specified in the"Electrical and Mechanical Design Manual of Hydropower Stations","Water Turbine Design Manual"and relevant American standards.By analyzing the cavitation characteristics of large-scale tubular turbines,suggestions for selecting the cavitation datum level of large-scale tubular turbines are given.Combining the operating characteristics of the tubular turbine,and comparing the design manual,relevant standards and the value of the cavitation safety factor K of typical hydropower station,the value of the cavitation safety factor K is proposed;finally,the value of the downstream design tail water level and other factors to be considered in the determination of the installation elevation are proposed.
