摘要
学校社区构筑了大学生校园生活的物理空间,学校社区感为大学生提供了学习成长的心理空间。大学准备不足以及大学校园文化适应困难,使少数民族大学生产生了有“差异”的学校社区体验,影响了少数民族大学生的学业成绩。为促进少数民族大学生获得“公平而有质量教育”,大学需要以“共享”为目标、以“信任”为节点、以“关爱”载体,创造融入性的学校社区环境,帮助少数民族大学生寻找学校归属感,进而改善他们的在校学业表现。
The school community constructs the physical space for college students'campus life,and the sense of community provides psychological space for college students to learn and grow.The lack of college readi⁃ness and difficulties of school adaptation have created a"different"school community experience for minority col⁃lege students,affecting their academic performance.In order to promote“fair and quality education”for ethnic mi⁃nority college students,the colleges need to take“sharing”as the goal,“trust”as the node and the carrier of“care”,create an integrated school community environment,and help minority college students find school sense of belonging,and improve their academic performance in school.
