Key Techniques for Improving Conception Rate of Yellow Cattle with Frozen Semen

近年,为加速牛品种改良进程,人工授精技术在牛养殖领域得到进一步推广应用,并逐渐应用成熟。但人工授精技术是一个操作性和系统性较强的工作,如果没有执行严格的卫生消毒制度,发情鉴定不科学,人工授精技术运用不恰当,将会严重影响黄牛受胎率。该文主要分析影响黄牛冻精改良受胎率的因素,提出提高黄牛冻精改良受胎率的关键技术要点。

In recent years,in order to speed up the improvement process of cattle breeds,artificial insemination technology has been further popularized and applied in the field of cattle breeding,and gradually mature.However,artificial insemination is an operational and systematic work,if there is no strict sanitation and disinfection system,oestrus identification is not scientific,artificial insemination technology is not used properly,will seriously affect the conception rate of yellow cattle.In this paper,the factors affecting the conception rate of cattle frozen semen were analyzed,and the key technical points for improving the conception rate of cattle frozen semen were put forward.
