摘要
通过对甜菜碱在家禽采食量、脂肪代谢、甲基代谢和免疫器官指数等家禽抗应激方面的作用研究进展进行论述,认为甜菜碱不仅具有促进生长、抵抗应激的作用,还能调节机体脂质代谢,改善肠道内环境,增强家禽免疫力,可在饲料中部分替代蛋氨酸,降低饲料成本,以期通过营养调控的方法缓解高温在肉鸡规模化生产中造成的不良影响。
In this paper,the effects of Betaine on feed intake,fat metabolism,methyl metabolism and immune organ index in poultry were reviewed,betaine not only can promote growth and resist stress,but also can regulate lipid metabolism,improve intestinal environment and enhance immunity of poultry.Betaine can partly replace methionine in feed and reduce feed cost,it is expected to alleviating the adverse effects of high temperature on broiler production by means of nutrition regulation.
