基层畜牧技术推广体系现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Technology Extension System of Grass-roots Animal Husbandry

推广基层农业技术是我国实行农业兴国的重要方式,也是发展现代农业的重要手段。目前,基层农业技术体系已经在全国范围内得到普及,但在普及过程中仍然存在技术水平差、技术人员知识水平落后等情况,此类问题的存在成为阻碍各地农业技术推广的原因,也制约农村经济快速发展,甚至危害社会粮食安全。该文对畜牧技术推广体系现状和对策进行研究,在分析目前基层农业技术现状的基础上,提出提升农业技术的有效措施,进一步扩大农业推广技术体系。

The popularization of basic agricultural technology is an important way to rejuvenate China through agriculture,and also an important means to develop modern agriculture.At present,the basic-level agricultural technology system has been popularized throughout the country,but in the process of popularization,there are still situations such as poor technology levels and backward knowledge levels of technical personnel,the existence of this kind of problem has become the reason that hinders the agricultural technology extension,also restricts the rapid development of the rural economy,even endangers the social food security.Based on the analysis of the present situation of agricultural technology at the grass-roots level,this paper puts forward some effective measures to promote the agricultural technology and further expand the agricultural extension technology system.
