摘要
将羟丙基瓜尔胶(HPG)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行共混,再通过添加纳米二氧化硅的方法利用分子间氢键的作用及纳米尺寸效应制备一类性能优异的羟丙基瓜尔胶/聚乙烯醇/二氧化硅纳米复合膜。同时,利用红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射光谱(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV)、万能拉伸仪、色差仪等对复合膜结构及理化性能进行研究。实验结果表明:纳米二氧化硅可以与HPG和PVA形成比较强的共价作用力,复合膜的综合性能得到了提升。TEM结果显示纳米二氧化硅颗粒(3~5 nm)均匀分散于复合膜之中;拉伸测试表明复合膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提升了67%和1077%;水蒸气透过率下降了65%。
A class of excellent hydroxypropyl guar gum/polyvinyl alcohol/silica nanocomposite membrane was prepared by adding nano-silica to HPG/PVA blending system through the effect of intermolecular hydrogen bond and nano-size effect.The nanocomposite films were characterized by FTIR,XRD,TEM,UV-Vis,tensile strength,colorimeter and so on.The results show that nano SiO2 can form relatively strong intermolecular force with HPG and PVA,and the comprehensive performance of the composite membrane has been improved.TEM results show that nano-silica particles(3~5 nm)were fully dispersed in the composite film.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite films have been increased by 67%and 1077%,respectively.At last,water vapor transmittance of the films is decreased by about 65%.
