自营网络食品质量安全控制研究

Research of Self-Service Internet Food Quality and Safety Control in Electronic Commerce

电子商务发展迅速,消费量不断增长,保证食品质量安全是发展网络食品的基础。文章主要探讨了电子商务模式下自营网络食品质量安全的控制方法,从供应商准入、商品审核、仓储管理等方面论述了自营网络食品的经营模式和管控措施。基于生鲜食品质量安全控制实践研究,提出了影响网络食品质量安全的关键控制点。最后,针对现状和问题提出加强网络食品质量安全管理的意见建议。

With the rapid development of electronic commerce,consumption grows heavily.But with the improvement of people’s living standard,the requirement for food safety became more and more high.This paper mainly discusses the control method of self-service internet food quality and safety under the mode of e-commerce,summarizes the operation mode and control measures of self-service internet food from the aspects of supplier admittance,commodity examination,storage management,etc.Combining the practice of quality and safety control of fresh food,studied the critical control points affecting quality and safety which are the rapid detection,temperature control etc.At last,in view of the current situation of the problem,we puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the quality and safety management of internet food.
