多平面注射填充透明质酸治疗泪沟畸形的临床观察

Clinical observation on multiplanar injection of hyaluronic acid in the treatment of tear trough deformity

目的观察多平面注射填充透明质酸对泪沟畸形矫正的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月,对104例泪沟畸形的求美者通过多平面填充技术矫正泪沟畸形,改善眶周年轻化。根据泪沟区老化程度制定评分量表,并将求美者分为三组,轻度组48例、中度组36例和重度组20例,接受治疗后随访3~6个月。结果轻、中度组在术后即刻的满意度明显高于重度组,且在6个月内的满意度均较理想,重度组的满意度佳;随着时间的延长各组治疗效果的满意度均有不同程度下降。术后6个月,轻度组满意度评分为(7.10±1.81)分,中度组满意度评分为(5.00±1.35)分,重度组满意度评分为(4.50±1.28)分。结论依据透明质酸钠凝胶的流变学特性及泪沟形成的解剖学特点,采用多平面、多层次的注射填充技术治疗轻、中度泪沟畸形,能够获得较好的临床效果。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of multiplanar injection of hyaluronic acid in the treatment of tear trough deformity.Methods From March 2016 to 2018,a total of 104 patients with tear trough deformity were treated by multiplanar injection of hyaluronic acid for periorbital rejuvenation.According to the aging degree of tear trough,the scoring scale was made and the patients were divided into 3 groups.There were 48 patients in the mild group,36 patients in the moderate group and 20 patients in the severe group.The follow-up ranged form 3 to 6 months.Results The postoperative immediate satisfaction of the mild and moderate group was significantly higher than that of the severe group within 6 months,and the satisfaction of the severe group was better than the other groups.With the extension of time,the satisfaction of therapeutic effect of each group decreased in different degrees.At 6 months after operation,the satisfaction scores of the mild group was(7.10±1.81),the moderate group was(5.00±1.35)and the severe group was(4.50±1.28).Conclusion According to the rheological characteristics of sodium hyaluronate gel,the multiplanar and multi-level injection can obtain good clinical efficacy in the treatment of mild and moderate tear trough deformity.
