摘要
目的设计一种螺旋加压式耳郭夹,以有效辅助整形外科医师完成耳部瘢痕疙瘩切除后加压治疗,防止瘢痕复发。方法自2006年1月至2017年1月,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院整形外科医院整形一科选取80例瘢痕疙瘩患者为研究对象,将80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(耳夹组)40例,对照组40例。治疗组采用研制的螺旋加压式耳郭夹行耳部瘢痕疙瘩切除部位持续加压治疗。螺旋加压式耳郭夹由2片硬塑料组成,塑料片表面有硅凝胶涂层,将螺丝旋转缩短两片塑料的间距。耳部加压支架可以单独使用,也可以几个联合使用。对照组采用单纯手术切除瘢痕疙瘩。结果80例患者获随访2年。两组患者的治疗有效率比较,治疗组(87.5%)高于对照组(35.0%)。两组患者的治疗满意度比较,治疗组(87.5%)高于对照组(22.5%)。结论该螺旋加压式耳郭夹,制作简便,成本较低,效果可靠,可为各级医院开展相关手术提供有效帮助,合适的压力可防止瘢痕复发。
Objective To design a spiral pressure auricle clamp to effectively assist plastic surgeons to complete compression treatment after auricular keloids excision and to prevent the recurrence of scars.Methods From January 2006 to January 2017,80 patients with keloids from the First Department of Plastic Surgery of Plastic Surgery Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Science and Peking Union Medical College were selected.Eighty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 patients in the treatment group(auricle clamp group)and 40 patients in the control group.The spiral pressure auricle clamp was performed in the treatment group to achieve continuous compression.The spiral pressure auricle clamp was composed of two pieces of hard plastic material,and the surface of plastic material was coated with silicon glue.The screw was rotated to shorten the distance between two plastic material pieces.The spiral pressure auricle clamp could be used alone or in combination.The keloids in the control group was treated by surgical removal alone.Results Eighty patients were followed up for 2 years.The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,which was higher than that of the control group of 35.0%.The satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,which was higher than that of the control group of22.5%.Conclusion This spiral pressure auricle clamp has the advantages of simple manufacture,low cost and reliable efficacy.This method can provide effective help for hospitals at all levels to carry out relevant operations and prevent scar recurrence.
