摘要
传统的风电机组自动消防系统一般被布置在风机机舱和电气控制柜内。当风机机舱内或者电气控制柜内发生着火时,通过感温元件自动启动风机自动消防系统,快速释放灭火剂以扑灭明火,但不能够自动切断风电机组电源系统,存在再次起火的风险。文章对传统风机自动消防系统的功能进行了补充和延伸,在风机自动消防系统启动灭火的同时,自动断开风电机组的电源,并通过云平台将风机火情自动推送至远程监控人员和被授权人员的终端设备,以便及时发现火情,采取必要的安全措施,防止造成更大的损失。
The traditional automatic fire-fighting system of wind turbine is generally arranged in the fan cabin and electrical control cabinet.When there is a fire in the fan cabin or electrical control cabinet,the automatic fire-fighting system of the fan is automatically started through the temperature sensing element,and the fire extinguishing agent is quickly released to put out the open fire,but the power system of the wind turbine cannot be automatically cut off,so there is a risk of fire again.This paper supplements and extends the function of the traditional fan automatic fire fighting system.When the fan automatic fire fighting system starts to put out the fire,it automatically disconnects the power of the wind turbine,and automatically pushes the fan fire to the terminal equipment of the remote monitoring personnel and the authorized personnel through the cloud platform,so as to take necessary safety measures in time and prevent greater losses.
