摘要
中华文化在网络时代的全球传播固然离不开网络媒体技术支撑的传播环境,但是将传播效果的不显著仅仅归因于硬件设施、叙事方式和传播策略是不够全面和准确的。在媒介传播系统之外另有更为深刻的内部和外部原因影响着中华文化全球传播目标的实现。
The global communication of Chinese culture in the Internet Age is certainly inseparable from the communication environment supported by Internet media technology,but it is neither comprehensive nor accurate to attribute the communication inefficiency only to hardware facilities,narrative methods and communication strategies.There are more profound reasons outside the communication system that affect the realization of the goal of global communication of Chinese culture.The cultural hegemony mentality caused by the competition of national interests,the lack of cultural trust caused by ideological opposition,and the cultural protectionism spawned by the revival of nationalism all restrict the current cultural communication practice internally and externally.
