网络空间,是互联网时代人类另外的一个重要生存空间,它的形态是伴随互联网技术发展而从社会空间中延伸与分化出来的。网络空间作为全球连接的共享域,离不开互联网,而以多利益攸关方模式作为构建全球互联网治理体系的路径,既契合了国家主席习近平提出的"网络空间命运共同体"的"四个原则"和"五点主张",也验证了互联网治理、数据治理和网络行为规范治理的三个层级,从时间与实践的角度构建全球互联网治理体系的可行性与有效性。

The cyberspace is another important living space for human beings in the Internet era.Its form is extended and differentiated from social space with the development of Internet technology.As a shared domain of global connection,the cyberspace cannot be separated from the Internet.The multi-stakeholder model in building global Internet governance system conforms to the "four basic principles" and "five propositions" of a community with a shared future in cyberspace proposed by President Xi Jinping..Meanwhile it verifies the three levels of Internet governance,data governance and Internet behavior norm governance and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of global Internet governance system from the perspective of time and practice.
