摘要
本文以重大突发公共卫生事件中的网络谣言为研究对象,对2020年新冠肺炎疫情期间的网络谣言进行了深入探析。按照信息传播流程的主要环节,本文从谣言内容、扩散路径、传播主体与社会影响等四个方面,对重大突发公共卫生事件中网络谣言的传播图景进行了整体呈现。此外,本文将疫情发展的进程与网络谣言的演化轨迹相对应,结合当时影响较大的焦点事件,从潜伏期、爆发期、平台期、消退期四个阶段,对网络谣言在内容、扩散、影响等方面的不同表现与特征,进行了细致的分阶段图景呈现。就如何应对重大突发公共卫生事件中的网络谣言这一重要舆论研究课题,本文从树立整体思维、抓住关键节点、提升媒介素养等方面提出了几点思考意见。
This article takes online rumors in major public health emergencies as the research object,and conducts an in-depth analysis of online rumors of the COVID-19 in 2020.It presents the overall picture of the online rumors dissemination in major public health emergencies from the four steps of content,dissemination path,disseminator and social influence.The author depicts the features of online rumor from the perspective of content,dissemination and influence from the four stages of incubation,outbreak,platform,and retreat while aligning the development process of the pandemic with the evolutionary trajectory of online rumors coupled with influential events taking place at that time.The author also provides some thoughts on how to foster a holistic philosophy,grasp key links and improve media-literacy on the important topic of responding to online rumors in the wake of major public health emergencies.
