摘要
目的:探讨硫氧还蛋白1(Trx1)、触珠蛋白(Hp)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年12月我院呼吸科收治的非小细胞肺癌患者186例(实验组),另选取我院健康体检人员80例(对照组),检测两组血清Trx1、Hp水平,分析不同临床病理特征血清Trx1、Hp差异,分析血清Trx1、Hp对预测非小细胞肺癌发生的诊断效能。结果:实验组患者血清Trx1、Hp水平分别高于对照组血清Trx1、Hp水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NSCLC患者肿瘤直径≥3 cm、肿瘤低分化、TNM分期(Ⅲ+Ⅳ期)、存在淋巴结转移分别与患者肿瘤直径<3 cm、肿瘤中+高分化、TNM分期(Ⅰ+Ⅱ期)、无淋巴结转移血清Trx1、Hp水平相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果示:Trx1、Hp联合检测NSCLC曲线下面积为0.840,敏感度和特异度分别为0.882和0.827。Kaplan-Meier分析示:血清Trx1、Hp低水平NSCLC患者的生存率高于高水平患者(P<0.05)。结论:血清Trx1、Hp在NSCLC中表达水平升高,血清Trx1、Hp水平变化与NSCLC病情进展有关,血清Trx1、Hp联合检测对预测NSCLC发生、预后有重要意义。
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum thioredoxin 1(Trx1)and haptoglobin(Hp)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:From January 2016 to December 2018,186 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in the department of our hospital(experimental group)were selected,and 80 patients(control group)with health checkups in our hospital were selected.Serum Trx1 and Hp levels in two groups were detected.Serum Trx1 and Hp differences in different clinicopathological characteristics were analysed.The diagnostic efficacy of serum Trx1 and Hp in predicting the occurrence of non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed.Results:The levels of serum Trx1 and Hp in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in Trx1 and Hp level between NSCLC patients with a tumor diameter of≥3 cm,poor differentiation,TNM stage(stageⅢ+IV),and lymph node metastasis and NSCLC patients with tumor diameter of<3 cm,moderate and well differentiation,TNM stage(stageⅠ+Ⅱ),and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The results of the ROC curve showed that the area under the curve for the combined detection of Trx1 and Hp was 0.840,and the sensitivity and specificity were 0.882 and 0.827,respectively.Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the survival rate of patients with low-level serum Trx1 and Hp was higher than that with high-level patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum Trx1 and Hp expression levels are elevated in NSCLC.Changes in serum Trx1 and Hp levels are related to the progression of NSCLC.Combined detection of serum Trx1 and Hp is of great significance in predicting the occurrence and prognosis of NSCLC.
