摘要
细胞自噬是在自噬相关基因的调控下利用溶酶体降解自身受损的细胞器、大分子物质和有害病原体的过程,在维持细胞存活、细胞器更新、物质循环和内环境稳定中起着重要作用。人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染是宫颈癌的主要病因。HPV入侵正常宿主细胞时激活细胞自噬,抑制其早期感染;同时通过其附着和内吞作用抑制细胞自噬,促进其感染。在这场博弈中,以HPV成功篡夺细胞自噬,颠覆宿主内环境,促进自身的增殖复制而胜出,最终导致宫颈癌的发生和进展。
Autophagy is a process that uses lysosomes to degrade self-damaged organelles,macromolecules,and harmful pathogens under the regulation of autophagy-related genes.It plays an important role in maintaining cell survival,organelle renewal,material circulation,and homeostasis.Human papillomavirus(HPV)infection is the main cause of cervical cancer.When HPV invades normal host cells,it activates autophagy and then inhibits its early infection.Instead,it promotes its infection by inhibiting autophagy through its attachment and endocytosis to host cells at the same time.In this game,HPV successfully usurps autophagy,overturns the host internal environment,promotes its own proliferation and replication,and eventually leads to the occurrence and progression of cervical cancer.
